Here is a cute Halloween candy wrapper idea to make the treats you give out this year a little more special! Oh, heck no! I do not put these on all the treats I give out to our trick-or-treaters! But I do like to give a treat out to a few of my friends (or in LDS lingo, the ladies I visit teach), and I think they like that I make it all cutesie.
